Weddings
Sangeet, haldi, reception. Count each function on its own.
Guest RSVPs, finally honest
Guests say yes or no, pick when they will arrive, and you watch the headcount move live. For weddings, birthdays, pujas, dinners, launches and every gathering in between.
Hazir (हाज़िर) means present, here, accounted for.
DASHBOARD
The problem
Hosts order food for a number they are guessing. Guests say "will try" and turn up two hours late, or not at all. The kitchen, the venue and the budget all pay for it.
Hazir replaces the guess with three plain answers from every guest: am I coming, how many of us, and when will we arrive. You see the real number as it forms.
Example figures for illustration.
Why Hazir exists
We use an app for rides, an app for food, an app for money. Yet when we invite people to the most important days of our lives, we still ask on WhatsApp, count replies by scrolling, and hope.
"Will try." "Maybe." A thumbs-up that means nothing. Then the real number arrives at the gate: forty fewer, or sixty more, and half of them two hours late. Food is wasted or runs out. Tables are wrong. A host who should be enjoying the day is on the phone.
The usual fixes do not help. Spreadsheets break at fifty rows. Group chats bury answers. Generic form tools ask the wrong questions and do not know that a family of four is one answer with four plates and four different meals.
Hazir asks three questions, the ones a host actually needs: are you coming, how many of you, and when will you arrive. The answers become a live headcount, a plate count and an arrival curve, the moment each guest taps send.

How it works
Name it, set the date and the number you invited. Choose the occasion and get one link.
Send it on WhatsApp, print it as a code, drop it in a group. Guests need no account.
Yes or no, how many are coming, and an expected arrival time on a simple clock.
Confirmed, declined and waiting, plus plates to prepare and when the crowd actually lands.
