Hazir
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Hazir is a free RSVP and guest-headcount app run by Anurag Roy. By using Hazir you agree to these terms.
The service
- Hazir is provided free of charge, as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued.
- Hazir helps hosts collect answers from guests. It does not guarantee that guests answer, or that any answer is accurate.
Hosts
- You are responsible for the events you create and for the information you collect from your guests, including having their permission to add their names.
- Do not use Hazir for anything unlawful, misleading, or to spam or harass people.
- Banner images you upload must be images you have the right to use.
Guests
- When you answer an invitation, your answer (name, attendance, party size, meals, arrival time and note) is shared with the host of that event.
- Personal and saved RSVP links are meant for you alone; anyone with your link can change your answer, so keep it private.
Acceptable use
You must not try to access another host's data, disrupt the service, or use automated means to submit answers in bulk.
Content and ownership
- You keep ownership of the content you add. You give Hazir the permission needed to store and show it as part of running the service.
- The Hazir name and design belong to the developer. The source code is published on GitHub under its stated license (MIT with Commons Clause), which governs use of the code.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hazir and its owner are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events, costs or decisions that rely on guest answers.
